Brand Haus Weiss Blend 1 Liter 2024

This Haus Weiss (“House White”) is a blend of Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Silvaner. The Pinot Blanc brings florals and fruitiness and the Silvaner adds spice, depth, and minerality. Aged separately on their lees the wine was blended after six months in vat, and then bottled with no fining or filtration.

An important part of their vision is not only to make organic wine with as little intervention as possible, but also to make the wine accessible and affordable. Their liter series is made from the younger wines on the property and is aged in steel to preserve freshness. Like all Brand wines, it is picked by hand and fermented with native yeast.
