Rezabal Txakoli is a dry white wine with fine bubbles. It is made with 100% Hondarrabi Zuri. Light color with slightly green hue. Aromas of intense fresh citrus fruits and green apple, bright acidity and low alcohol.

Made in a unique Basque style that preserves the natural fresh effervescence of a living wine. Located just a mile from the coast, the cool, salty sea air brings a lovely crisp salinity to the trellised vines, trained high above head to allow for the sea breeze to flow gently through and keep the grapes healthy.

Farming Practice: Sustainable, made with spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast in stainless, zero additives.
