Big Basin Vineyards Pinot Noir 'Dune and Mountain' 2021

The nose is bright berry fruit and spice with hints of violet floral notes. Full bodied and extravagant on the palate with layers of fruit, earth, tart cherry and plum balanced by hints of sweetness. Fruit was fermented 100% whole cluster using only native yeast. It was aged 11 months in oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtration.
