Spicy tobacco, graphite, and black olive aromas. Rich and layered with black cherry and dark chocolate flavors, delicate tannins and a subtle tang of acidity that provides a well-balanced taste. Sourced from vineyards at high elevations in the Sierra Foothills planted on volcanic soils. Due to the long growing season, the grapes develop rich avors and intense color.

100% Cabernet Franc. Aged 18 months in 70% used French oak and 30% new French oak.
