Alsina & Sarda Brut Nature Gran Reserva Cava 2021

Yellow in color with fine, slow releasing bubbles. Notes of dried fruit and nuts, with nuances of brioche. Full and fragrant in the mouth.

Blend: 50% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, 20% Parellada

Soft pressing obtaining 50% free-run juice followed by fermentation at low temperature (15º C) in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in the bottle with aging of 36 to 48 months. No dosage added.
