Adelsheim Artist Series Rosé of Pinot Noir 2025

This Rosé is awash in juicy watermelon and apricot notes, with a hint of crushed Kaffir lime leaf peeking out from the background.  The palate toes the line between vibrancy and richness and has enough acidity to keep you coming back for more.  

100% Pinot Noir. After its 30-day fermentation the majority of the wine (89%) was aged in stainless steel tanks; the balance (11%) was aged in neutral 228L oak barrels for two months to add texture and complexity.

The grapes in this wine come entirely from LIVE certified sustainable vineyards in the north Willamette Valley, all of which are Adelsheim estate properties. The elevation of these sites ranges from 275’-875’, with representation from all three of the major soil types in our region: volcanic, sedimentary, and loess soils.
