Eric Bordelet Poiré Authentique Pear Cider 330ml

This profound, off-dry sparkling pear cider from Normandy comes from biodynamically farmed, 300-year-old trees. Very expressive aromatics and a gentle mousse. Its slight sweetness is perfectly balanced by high acidity; fresh and lively, it ends with a drying, almost tannic finish. It’s so delicious - as if you were eating a juicy ripe pear. 

A sommelier by training, in 1992 Eric Bordelet took over his family's estate and orchards. With input from his close friend Didier Dagueneau, the icon wine-maker, Eric is crafting ciders from apples and pears that are like no others. Ciders that make one draw comparisons to fine vintage wine.
