This Blanc de Blanc features pretty floral and inviting notes of lemon sorbet, fresh pear, melon, and a powdery, fresh perfume. Medium-bodied, it comes to life with refreshing energy on the palate, featuring snappy lift and bright acidity.

100% Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in 90% stainless steel, 10% older barrels

Aged 36 months on the lees.
