Malabaila Langhe Nebbiolo Aja 2023

On the nose this is fresh and fruity with violet notes. Supple and full in the mouth with pronounced cherry notes. Aja was the name of one of the farmhouses owned by the Malabaila family. Made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes , which usually leads to a more structured wine, the Aja is vinified and released in a shorter amount of time. This produces a classic Nebbiolo that maintains the typical characteristics of the fruit, but fresher and sweeter.

Aged 4 months in stainless steel + 4 months in bottle.
