Ezio Poggio Caespes Timorasso 2021

Fresh lime zest, green apple, citrus, wildflower honey, sea salt, and green almond  on the nose, all carrying over to the fuller-bodied palate.  Aged only in steel tanks but subjected to regular bâtonnage (lees-stirring), which lends a salty, lactic quality to the texture.
